TWSnow.com Editors Picks: Vans Bridger Vest

Posted Dec. 10, 2012

Vans Bridger Vest ($100) Vests are kind of like the redheaded stepchild; they’re easily overlooked. We tend to toss on a hoodie or a flannel because it’s easy and comfortable, but a vest adds that extra layer of style and function. This one from Vans has that classic two-tone outdoorsman look and insulates properly with down feathers. It’s not the most technical, but it’s a choice look for the streets to the shred. Pick one up ...

TWSnow.com Editors Picks: Park Laps

Posted Dec. 8, 2012

These boots look like classic Vans Skate-His, OG skate shoes. It’s rad when you’re riding and you look down, you can almost image skateboarding. The best part is that they have some tech going on inside, but don’t look like a spaced out ski boot. —Hondo (via twsnow.com)

Infuse Boot Named A Snowboard Mag Platinum Pick

Posted Dec. 6, 2012

EDITOR REVIEW: You must under stand that “to infuse” is just a polite way of saying “to spike” or “to dose.” That being said, the new Vans Infuse is certainly spiked with performance enhancing properties. Take for instance the Hybrid Boa system. It blends the proven workings of laces with the next level tech of Boa’s lifetime warranty closure system. Focusing on the critical instep area, this adjust-on-the-fly option locks it down. It also eliminates bad trips altogether, while ...
